Government Explains Delayed Action on Legislative Decisions

Government has clarified on why the Executive may sometimes take long to act on some decisions made by the Legislature.

Government Chief Whip Hamson Obua says the Head of State is guided by the Constitution before Acting on any decision made by Parliament.

The explanation follows cases of delayed signing of bills and endorsement of censure motions as may be passed by Parliament.
