President Yoweri Museveni has warned against misusing funds for Parish Development Model.
The President has told members of Parliament that he has noted some confusion in implementing the PDM and soon will have a permanent solution.
President Museveni who described the PDM funds as toxic says will convene NRM Caucus meeting to forge a cemented approach to the challenges affecting PDM.
The president was addressing members of the 11th Parliament in Kololo Kampala.
